As soon as you enter Kerrisdale you feel right at home. From the nice, wide streets and well-kept neighbourhood to the playground and many walking tracks… we knew we made a great decision buying in the Estate. It’s a great place to bring up our kids, who attend one of the schools nearby.

Kerrisdale residents enjoy the amenity of over 50 hectares of open space stretching along the entire eastern frontage. This land will never be developed. Walking tracks around the wetland area are popular for an evening stroll, walking the dog or finding vantage points to observe the diversity of bird life.
