Planning, Budget & Design Concept

You meet a consultant to discuss your goals, lifestyle, and budget. Your land is reviewed or selected. Early design ideas are explored, including layout, orientation, and energy-efficient features.

Detailed Design & Selections

The concept is developed into final plans. Structural and engineering details are completed. You select materials, finishes, and fixtures for all areas of the home. Energy-efficient systems are finalized

Approvals & Contracts

All required building permits and council approvals are submitted and processed. A fixed-price contract is prepared and signed. Financing arrangements are confirmed before construction begins.

Construction Stage

The foundation is built first, followed by framing, roofing, and external walls. Plumbing, electrical, and structural systems are installed. The main structure of the home takes shape during this stage. The home is cleaned, finalised.
