Materials
Our builders work with suppliers to select energy efficient sustainable products to ensure this home has a positive environmental footprint. Low VOC nontoxic paints and glues have been used throughout. Materials that have a sustainable source, lifecycle, manufacturing process and or low carbon footprint have also been considered and used wherever possible.

Insulated to both help control sound transfer and also enable zoning of individual spaces with the footprint of the home.

Designed to resist the external elements and protect the home for a long time. From outside to inside, each component of the wall system is carefully chosen to control energy transfer, protect against moisture and seal against air leaks. The external frame has also been sealed to the slab to further minimise air leakage.
