All our ratings displayed on this website have been achieved by applying the NatHERS Rating Tool in a MILD CLIMATE.

All of our plans can achieve a high star rating, depending on their inclusions, orientation and the final rating is reliant on independent choices & site location.

For more information on the NatHERS rating tool or if you want to find out what climate zone you will be building in, please visit the NatHERS Interactive Map.
